The Kosmos CareerFair Bootcamp is the flagship step in that journey: free entry, global participation, and practical outcomes that translate directly into careers, confidence, and community impact.
🎯 Six Tracks. Infinite Possibilities.
This year’s Bootcamp features six distinct, concurrently running tracks, each led by a dedicated Track Manager and structured over eight intensive days. Participants choose one track and dive deep — with live instruction, real-world projects, and direct mentorship.
Here’s what’s on offer:
1. Leadership Track: “Leading with Impact”
Managed by Jones Luelah Flomo
This eight-module journey helps emerging and established leaders develop authenticity, emotional intelligence, and strategic clarity. From foundational principles like vision and empathy to advanced topics like ethical leadership and personal brand development, participants learn to inspire collaboration, lead through change, and drive transformation — not through authority, but through influence.
2. Medicine Track 1: “Digital Health in Low-Resource Settings”
Managed by Gadriel Borbor Gargard
Explore how mobile health, telemedicine, and data systems can transform healthcare in underserved regions. Blend public health with tech innovation — no medical degree required.
3. Medicine Track 2: “Understanding Phlebotomy and Its Impact”
Managed by Alvin Walai Sumo
Master the science and ethics of blood collection, specimen handling, and lab integration. Ideal for pre-med students, lab technicians, and health volunteers.
4. IT Track 1: “Computer Systems and the World”

Demystify technology for learners from any discipline! This track illuminates how computers shape education, business, healthcare, and daily life — from the evolution of ENIAC to AI and IoT. 5. IT Track 2: “Creative Design”

From logo design to brand identity systems, learn Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop through real client briefs. Build a professional portfolio by Day 8.
6. IT Track 3: “Ethical Hacking”

Dive into cybersecurity: reconnaissance, vulnerability assessment, web app security, and penetration testing. Train in virtual labs and prepare for real-world defense roles.

Each day is split into two 75-minute sessions (60-min teaching + 15-min Q&A), running simultaneously but independently:

Those who successfully pass the evaluation will be awarded official certificates within 72 hours — formal recognition of their dedication and newly acquired competencies.
Moreover, top-performing participants will be invited to join Kosmos Consult as interns, gaining real-world experience alongside our team.
